Shipping and payment information

Deliveries and shipments are made by GLS, FoxPost by Packeta, and MPL courier services. Products are always handed over to the shipping provider on the next business day following the order (except for MPL). We have no influence over the shipping provider's service time, but below we indicate the estimated delivery times for each shipping partner.

Shipping Costs:

Our shipping costs are uniform within Hungary.

Home delivery fee: GLS: 2,490 HUF / package
GLS Parcel Point delivery: 1,480 HUF / package
The fastest shipping method: 2-3 business days

FoxPost by Packeta delivery: 1,490 HUF / package
Delivery time: 3-5 business days, but longer lead times may occur.

🚴 TOURMIX & Express One – Green and flexible home delivery 🌿 1,290 HUF / package
Support local youth, choose sustainable delivery with TOURMIX! For packages under 6 kg ordered to almost the entire area of Budapest, you can choose a delivery time in the confirmation email. You can even request delivery in the evening! In rural areas and other cases, Express One delivers, and they will notify you by email on the morning of delivery about the delivery time.

MPL Home Delivery: 1,990 HUF / package + 5,000 HUF handling fee
MPL Parcel Point delivery: 990 HUF / package + 5,000 HUF handling fee
Delivery time: 7-10 business days, but longer lead times may occur.

The handling fee for MPL deliveries will be charged after the order!

Cash on delivery fee: 650 HUF / package

International shipping can only be initiated after payment by credit card at the time of order, or by bank transfer in advance.

The prices shown include VAT! We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice in the event of changes in service provider prices.

GLS services:

Flexible delivery
Three delivery attempts! Even the first delivery attempt can be requested after working hours between 5 PM and 8 PM in depot cities. Upon dispatch of the package, we notify the recipient by email that their package will be delivered on the next business day. The email includes the tracking number and the cash on delivery amount if applicable. On the morning of the delivery day, the recipient receives a notification containing the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number, and a 3-hour window for the expected delivery. In case of a failed delivery attempt, an email notification is sent to the recipients. Through the link provided in the email, the recipient can record a delivery instruction, requesting delivery at a new time, to a different address, personal package collection at a GLS Parcel Point selected from a specified list, or refuse to accept the package.

Advance notification
GLS informs the recipient by SMS on the morning of package delivery, which includes the package identification number, the expected delivery time in a 3-hour interval (e.g., between 8 AM and 11 AM), the cash on delivery amount (if applicable to the package), and the courier's phone number.

Partial delivery

If there are items among the ordered products that are currently out of stock, they can still be pre-ordered under the following conditions. After ordering, you can choose from two options.

One option is to wait until all the products you ordered arrive, in which case the total order value will be considered when calculating the shipping cost,

or

You can request a partial delivery, in which case, even if your total order reaches the free shipping value, we will only cover the shipping of the first, in-stock item for free; for the second delivery, a shipping fee corresponding to the package weight will be charged.

If you order the products with cash on delivery, the collection fee will be charged in both cases.

Withdrawal from delivery

If the web store fails to fulfill its contractual obligation because the goods specified in the contract are not available, or it is unable to provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer about this. The web store does not enter into contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer declares that they are of legal age.
